These are things that are amazing. Tuk, or Rachel to others, is a close friend of mine. A few years ago she moved to Philadelphia, and now she has started her own little business. Its quite brilliant actually. She makes, jewelry and monsters. Not sure how those two got put together, but regardless all of it is amazing! Seriously AMAZING! She does such brilliant beadwork in all her jewelry and makes them all special order for your size, colour, liking. She also does the little sewn monsters/owls. Since I'm obsessed with owls, I had her make me on that matched my favorite colour scheme and I'm in love with it (so is Tyler!).  

What else is so cool about her, and This Blue Wing, is that they give a donation to a charity of her choice at the end of each year. I feel like she has been talking a lot about trafficking (which is near and dear to my heart). She is an amazing artist, and an amazing girl.

Cinco De Mayo

It was Cinco De Mayo, and of course on that day you must eat some mexican food, drink mexican beer, eat outside, and apply fake neck tattoos. Dominika, Baio, Kellen, and I did all of the above. It was amazing!!

Dominika, Kellen, and I had just cleaned the back patio to make it a bit more "homie". We went to Ikea a few days earlier, and had bought some "outside" flatwear. (really just a good excuse to buy sweet plastic dishes from ikea!) Then we brought out the pillows from our wedding, and planted some flowers, and cleaned the table. Then Baio came over, we went to the best grocery store in the greater Kings County area, bought to much stuff, found a .50cent tattoo vending thing. We bought our groceries, mexican beer, and tattoos and were on our way! It was amazing. We had the best Cinco De Mayo, and even had a bon fire afterwards. Hopefully yours was just as good! Any good stories you should share!?

It was finally their day! After a year of being engaged, planning the wedding, and taking two engagement shoots on April 17th these two tied the knot. It was a beautiful ceremony, and a kick (insert bad word) reception! It was a perfect day outside, and they were adorable. I have so enjoyed getting to know them through the last 9 months and I so enjoyed being able to capture their special day!!
